Before you submit any paperwork…
We would like you to view the specific apartment for which you want to apply. This helps ensure that you will be happy with your choice. We show available apartments by appointment ONLY, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. To schedule an appointment and get an application, lease, and all paperwork, please call our office at 314-725-5757 and someone will be glad to assist you.
If you know you want a specific apartment, please call us so we can check to make sure it is still available. If there is no answer, just leave us a voicemail message that you would like it. THEN submit ALL of the following listed items to our office at 6050 Delmar Blvd:
- A completed and signed application for tenancy
- An initialed and signed lease
- A check or money order for the security deposit
- A separate check or money order for the $25 credit check fee
- A copy of your driver’s license or passport
We also require the following: An additional $35 (can be included in the security deposit check) so that we can apply for your occupancy permit with University City, and your signature on the University City “Application for Residential Occupancy” form. In general we require perfect credit history, one year of rental history, and one year of work history with a verifiable income of three times the amount of rent per month.
